  • A Delivery, Installation & Training Date will be set up with you by our relevant sales rep in your area. We will contact you as soon as your order is packed and ready to be couriered.
  • For all connectivity, software will need to be installed by one of our accredited representatives.

 

ALL PATIENT PRODUCTS

  • Please read the instruction manuals & booklets on how to set up your monitors correctly.
  • You will receive a training document relevant to your product, explaining how to use the equipment you ordered.
  • You will also receive a business card with contact details of our rep in your area for any queries you may have.
  • For all connectivity, software will need to be installed by one of our accredited representatives.

BOTH PROFESSIONAL & PATIENT PRODUCTS:

All our products do have warranty periods. Each product differs. Please keep your invoice for future queries.

We offer back up service and technical assistance for all our products. Once your monitor needs to be serviced, calibrated or repaired, we will be able to send you a quotation. For professional products, monitors should be calibrated once a year. For patient products, home use, monitors should be calibrated once every 2 years. You can contact our representative in your area or our technical support team to arrange for your monitor to be booked into our technical department at our head office in Johannesburg. Please note collection and delivery will be for your own account.
